Delivery of goods
In-stock items will be shipped within three (3) business days after payment has been received.
Made-to-order items will be dispatched within three (3) business days from the date of completion, provided that complete payment has been received.
Regular updates will be available on your purchase. Any delay in the delivery will be communicated to you by e-mail.
Goods are shipped with professional packaging and with DHL Express courier. You will be provided with a tracking number.
Shipping charges are indicated in each product page. We offer free shipping for orders over € 250.00.
We are not responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, customs taxes, etc. required by your country for importing goods. We cannot give you an estimate of the cost, as charges vary from country to country.
We accept payments via PayPal and bank transfer.
For made-to-order items, we will ask you for an advance payment of 50% of the total price.
Returns & Refund Policy
Terms and conditions of return
We aim to guarantee your full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have thirty (30) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it (i.e., unaltered and free of damages); it must be returned in the original packaging, complete with any accessories sent together with the item.
How to return an item
Returns must be sent with the courier indicated by us, and only after you contacted us. It is mandatory that you follow our instructions.
The item to be returned must be picked up by the courier within ten (10) working days of the date when you informed us of your decision to return it.
You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
We will refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You will be notified if the returned item cannot be accepted due to failure to comply with our returns conditions set out above. In this case, you may choose to have the item returned to you at your own expense. If you refuse this delivery, we reserve the right to retain the item and the amount paid for your purchase of the item.
